What a fantastic pool session yesterday. Joshuas head control, back strength and core stability have improved so much with his pool sessions. Well done Joshua! Joshua is fortunate to have a pool at home where he can safely have regular hydrotherapy sessions.
With swimming pools gradually re-opening, lets hope some more inclusive sessions will open soon to enable more people that need it, access to hydrotherapy.
So What are the benefits of hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy has so many health benefits, it can:

We are adhering to the guidelines set by our governing body, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. A visor and surgical face mask are currently worn. The face mask is changed if it becomes wet. Pools also have to adhere to specific cleaning guidelines and increased levels of Chlorine in them.
