Adult Rehabilitation
… following surgery, hospital admission, elderly mobility
Reach Rehab can help you to reach your full potential following surgery, a period of illness or hospital admission.
We can see you at home or in a care home. Our aim is to maximise your independence.
We take a holistic approach with our assessments and will help to signpost and refer to other agencies, professionals as / if needed.

- Weakness following hip and knee replacements

“My father became very weak following a stay in hospital. He was discharged to a residential home as he was not able to stand or walk since being admitted to hospital. Lisa visited 3 times a week and built him back up, to be able to go back home. We are so grateful. Thankyou Lisa.” Wendy Parkes, Chaseterrace, Staffs.
